Instructions for autors

Guidelines

• Use the template to write the abstract. DOWNLOAD
• Abstract should be written in English
• The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters without spaces
• Figures and tables are not allowed
• The abstracts should be submitted as plain text (file type: pdf, max size 1MB)
• Please do not include any paragraph or line formatting. Leave as single spacing.
• Each participant can be presenting author of one oral and one poster presentation or two poster presentations
• All presenting authors must pay the registration fee
• Indicate the theme and type of your presentation
• Abstract should include the title, names of all contributors (without titles), department, institution, city and country.
• Names of author and co-authors have to be submitted in the following way: First and Last name (example:  John Smith)
• Contact author (presenter) should submit phone number and e-mail address
• It is preferable that submitted abstract has: the goal, material and methods, results, conclusion
